CUTTING STICKERS

Most common finishing in printing is Cutting, either simple square cut or contour cutting ( cutting following a defined shape ) we can do it all.

BINDING

Binding is the process of physically assembling a book from an ordered stack of paper sheets.

This process can involve various methods like stitching, gluing, or sewing to ensure the pages stay together and the book remains durable.

LAMINATION

Lamination is the process of applying a thin plastic layer to paper or cardstock to protect and enhance its durability and appearance.
It’s like giving your print a sleek, glossy, matte, or holographic armor.

Thermal Lamination

this method uses heat to apply the lamination to the media.

Suitable for papers and cardstock, not recommended for stickers ( the heat from the application process causes stickers to curl up ) .

Cold Lamination

and this method used no heat, instead it relies on good ol' adhesive.

We uses this method for laminating stickers ( this method uses no heat, no heat = no curling ) but can also be used for papers and cardstock.

PAPER CUTTING

Cutting is the most common type of finishing, there are 2 kinds of cutting ; simple square cut or contour cutting ( cutting following a defined shape ).

The cutting process are usually done either with a blade, a die, or laser.
